Unless, otherwise specified below, events are free and open to all Duke students, alumni, parents, staff, and faculty. Members of the entrepreneurial community and the general public can attend the week for $99 ($89 if paid before the pre-registration deadline of Nov 29th).

The company is based on innovations from the labs of David Epstein, MD, Chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology, and Eric Toone, PhD, Professor of Chemistry. Headquartered in Research Triangle Park, NC, Aerie completed a $21 million Series A financing in October, 2005 and now has several drugs in clinical development.
